Every meaningful piece of jewelry begins with a story. Through a thoughtful and collaborative process, Isabel transforms personal ideas, treasured materials, and carefully selected gemstones into one-of-a-kind creations. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, each step is guided by intention, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of the client’s vision.

Complete the pre consultation questionnaire, thoughtfully designed to help Isabel gain a deep understanding of each client's needs, preferences, and the story behind their vision, ensuring a truly personalized experience from the very first meeting.

Introductory Consultation

60 minute video call

During this initial consultation, the foundations of the creative process are established. Isabel and the client work together to define the vision for the piece, including its concept, materials, precious metals, gemstones, and budget, laying the groundwork for a truly one of a kind creation.

Moodboard & Sketch

Throughout the design process, Isabel shares visual references, mood boards, and sketches via WhatsApp to refine the piece's design. This stage is entirely collaborative, allowing for feedback, revisions, and refinements until the final design perfectly reflects the client's vision.

Gem Selection

Isabel curates a personalized selection of gemstones and presents it to the client. Once the selection is approved, the gemstones are acquired. At this stage, there are two possible paths:

The client may choose to view the gemstones in person before making a final decision.

Isabel can present the curated gemstone selection virtually, allowing the client to make their choice remotely.

Renders

Isabel Herrera develops the final renders of the piece, allowing the client to visualize it before production begins. At this stage, subtle refinements and minor adjustments can still be made. Once the client approves the renders, production begins, and any subsequent modifications will be subject to an additional fee.

6.Manufacture

Each piece is meticulously crafted to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This process takes up from 10 to 45 days depending on the complexity.

7.Collection

The delivery method is determined in collaboration with the client. Isabel prefers to present each piece in person, although the final arrangements are made on a case by case basis.

All design rights remain the property of Isabel Herrera unless an exclusivity agreement has been established in advance.
